About the role
The Head of IT, Data & Digital leads a small team to define and deliver the IT and Data & Digital strategies to support Bush Heritage Australia's 2030 Strategy aspirations and beyond. The IT, Data & Digital team is responsible for infrastructure, data management, security, systems architecture, communications and development and support.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services & Chief Finance Officer, the Head of IT, Data & Digital will lead relevant strategy and planning processes across Bush Heritage Australia and innovation initiatives, including data intelligence and analysis and applications of AI.

What you'll need to succeed
* 5+ years' experience in IT leadership, senior digital or technology leadership roles. Breadth of experience across multiple technical domains, enterprise architecture, security, technology consulting, large‐scale program delivery or change and transition management. Proven track record in automation, system integration, and cloud technologies. Strong project management and change leadership skills.
* A strong interest in data management and analysis and a desire to effectively harness emerging technology opportunities. Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APT) development.
* Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy and compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
