Job Description:
Sales team members are the face of our company, providing exceptional in-store experiences for customers and driving sales through excellent customer service skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
* Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer
* Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to store visual standards and performing other duties as required
About You:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be approachable, empathetic, energetic and have a passion for people. You should also have basic computer skills due to using iPads for transactions. You’ll need flexibility when it comes to working hours – we operate seven days a week!
