About the role:
Nuford Wangara currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our sales team
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process - focusing on high quality service whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:
* Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
* Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
* Build relationships with existing and potential customers
* Listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
* Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 8pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm
About you:
If you are a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, passion for sales and automotive industry – we would like to hear from you
Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded. However, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

You will ideally possess:
· Prior automotive sales experience
· Must be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
· Proven track record of meeting KPI's and sales targets
· Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
· Ability to perform well in high pressure environments
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
