We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting sales in our showroom.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing specialist product knowledge advice to assist customers, answering telephone queries, and operating Point of Sale systems efficiently.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to liaise with Occupational Therapists, medical professionals, clients, and family members to provide tailored solutions. Your strong organizational and time management abilities will enable you to generate invoices, maintain accurate records, coordinate delivery schedules, and process orders through our online portal.
To succeed in this position, you will require previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. Knowledge of healthcare products or experience in the medical industry is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote sales of products and services
* Offer specialist product knowledge advice to assist customers
