Contracting to the mining industry, this growing company work with some of the biggest names in mining and are focussed on projects, maintenance and shut down work. You will work with the administration and management team to plan, execute & complete works across the Pilbara.

This position is responsible for:
* Managing employee and contractor site mobilisation
* Assisting with new starter induction and mobilisation
* Managing shut down labour, flights and accommodation
* Managing the Training Matrix and ensuring it is up to date and compliant
* Weekly timesheets and payroll
* General administrative duties - managing office supplies, PPE, scanning, filing, etc.
* Liaising with Management, Supervisors and staff
* Liaising with Clients & Suppliers
To be a successful candidate:
* The applicant will need to belocal to Port Hedland or willing to relocate
* Have previous administration experience; ideally in the mining or electrical industry;
* Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively;
* Have high level customer service and strong attention to detail;
* Have the ability to think outside the square;
* Have Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;
* Be solutions focused with the ability to use initiative, and
* Hold a current drivers licence
