The Opportunity (Supply Planner- 15 months contract)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inter Market Supply Planner within our Oceania Business. Your role will focus on planning and ensuring stock availability based on customer needs to drive growth within the relevant Business Unit.
A day in the life:
Nestlé operates one of the largest supply chain networks in Oceania, supported by global tools, local expertise, and advanced technology such as GS1 and SAP.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Contributing to achieving sustainable Supply Planning KPI Targets across ANZ
2. Maintaining a robust product-level supply plan over an 18-month horizon in SAP APO
3. Analyzing and effectively communicating relevant information to Demand and Customer teams
4. Playing a critical role in innovation and renovation launches
5. Finding solutions to supply exceptions
What you will need to be successful:
- Inter-market Supply Planning experience
- Understanding of Order to Cash principles
- SAP experience (highly desirable) and strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, thorough, and detail-oriented approach with strong relationship-building abilities
- A results-driven team member ready to collaborate and address obstacles to ensure supply and availability
- Problem-solving skills, inquisitiveness, and ability to implement sustainable solutions
- Understanding of customer requirements, inventory management, and process improvements
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
