Project Architect
In this role, you will lead a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled projects in the Life Sciences sector. You will leverage your industry experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through to build.
As a Project Architect, you combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You will be part of a team that creates impactful and memorable experiences that will be remembered for a lifetime.
* Lead a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with design directors and leadership to develop project concepts and designs.
* Develop and implement sustainable building practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee the preparation of technical documentation and communicate project progress to team members and stakeholders.
* Participate in business development efforts to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered Architect with 6+ years of post-graduate experience in Australia.
* Strong understanding of NCC/BCA and City of Sydney Planning Regulations.
* Life science project delivery experience essential, taking projects from concept design through to construction completion.
* Advanced Revit user with experience in collaboration within the BIM context.
* Strong project management and control skills, as well as team leadership and communication skills.
