About the Role
Roles like this don't come around often. Based in Osborne Park, the successful applicant will lead our WA Branch, ensuring it is positioned for long‐term success and consistently meets sales targets and budget expectations in line with our strategic direction. As a member of NCI's Management Team, you'll champion a high‐performance environment, deliver exceptional service to a portfolio of NCI clients, drive renewal outcomes, and identify strong cross‐selling opportunities across our solutions. Creating a positive branch culture will be key to your success.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will:

* Bring solid existing networks within the Perth and broader WA market. Ideally with business owners and decision makers.
* Communicate with polish and impact. A high degree of emotional intelligence is essential.
* Be energised by achieving (and exceeding) targets.
* Present professionally and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* Be self‐driven, results‐oriented, and ready to inspire and uplift a small, close‐knit team.
* Prior exposure to trade credit insurance (or a closely related field) will be a real advantage.
