Albany Racing Club is seeking a versatile person to work 2 - 3 days per week in the front administration role and be involved in event management.
Adaptable work arrangements are available, and the position will also include occasional weekend race day event duties.
Responsibilities
Administration duties include:
- Typing reports and correspondence
- Accounts Payable and Receivable using MYOB
- Minute taking at monthly committee meetings
- Membership renewal and register
- Website registrations and sales
Event Management duties include:
- Social media and website experience
- Advertising and marketing
- Liaising with suppliers and staff
- Managing point of sale devices
- Assisting with setup/pack up of event where necessary
All other reasonable duties as directed by the General Manager.
