The Position
As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will work with Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory clients in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include:
* Conduct assessments and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their homes via home care packages/NDIS
* Collaborate with other health professionals for multidisciplinary care
* Educate clients and families to promote healthy living
* Liaise with service providers for effective communication
* Work autonomously, maintaining records and patient reports
Support from our home care team will help schedule appointments and plan routes.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
* Registration with AHPRA
* Police Check Clearance
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong time-management and attention to detail
