We are partnering with a well-established property management and sales business to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant to support and grow an already high-performing sales division.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with warm, qualified leads, a simple sales process, and a clear, achievable KPI.
About the Role
You'll be working with investor clients who already have their properties under management and have expressed interest in selling. The groundwork is done — your role is to guide clients through the sales process and close deals efficiently, while supporting the business's goal of retaining managements post‐sale.
There is minimal face‐to‐face selling required, no auctions, and no cold prospecting.
The Portfolio
* Around 1,700 investor owners
* 200 active, warm leads ready to be converted
* Majority properties are purpose‐built student accommodation
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and closing sales from an existing pipeline of warm investor leads
* Working with property‐managed clients looking to sell
* Guiding vendors through a straightforward private treaty sales process
* Supporting the retention of managements post‐sale
* Consistently achieving a monthly sales target
KPIs & Performance
* Single KPI: 6 sales per month
* Focus on quality outcomes and management retention (bonus applies for 80%+ retention)
Earnings & Package
* Average property price: $150k–$170k
* 5 sales per month = ~$120,000 OTE
* 6 sales per month = ~$146,000 OTE
* Base salary provided for the first two months to support onboarding and ramp‐up
* Bonus structure tied to management retention
