This job offers an exciting opportunity to work as a skilled IT specialist providing onsite support for desktop, network, firewall, and EUC systems.
As a mid-senior level professional with part-time employment, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktop and network hardware and software, including firewall administration and replacement. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, from client to client, requiring strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in handling desktop/network issues
* Capability to install and upgrade operating systems
* Knowledge of routing and switching, end-user support, and field engineering
* Understanding of Onsite IT technician responsibilities
You will need to be well-versed in network engineer principles, preferably with CCNA or above certification. Additionally, having basics of WiFi, LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration will be beneficial.
The ideal candidate should be able to administer MS Office and possess business English language skills, along with local language proficiency.
Tools To Carry:
* Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 RJ45 or USB RJ45)
* Laptop with Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, and internet data card installed
Since this is an on-call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, the scope of work may vary from client to client.
