Key Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-level support services to customers via email, phone, and video calls
* Work within our Supply Chain, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules or Facilities Management (Project, Plant, and Services) modules
* Deliver classroom and on-site training and consulting services
Requirements
* Knowledge of Supply Chain, Distribution & Manufacturing, or Facilities Management modules using an ERP system
* Excellent customer service skills
* Understanding of business operational needs
* Superb communication skills
* Problem-solving and issue resolution skills with attention to detail
