The Business Analyst role is a high-level position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of complex employer plans and clients.
About the Role:
* This position involves continuous management and oversight to ensure the safe and timely delivery of initiatives that enhance the integrity and accuracy of employer and member data and payments across multiple products, platforms, and databases.
* Strong communication and organisational skills are essential to perform effectively in this role, which includes collaborating with key stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Client Relationships, and Product.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse complex data scenarios, conduct root cause investigations, and drive timely resolution to problems.
* Manage and oversee a portfolio of complex employer plans and clients, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.
* Coordinate and implement change and improvement initiatives to uplift data quality and plan maintenance.
Requirements:
* A minimum 5–10 years' experience in an analytical or operations role within the superannuation industry is required.
* Strong understanding and hands-on experience with system registries, interfaces, platforms, and financial data flows is essential.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with defined benefit superannuation funds is necessary.
