Responsibilities 
On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. 
- Assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic and equipment assessments 
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, always with your client’s best interests at heart 
- Deliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity and functional performance 
- Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes 
Qualifications 
- A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory) 
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) 
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy 
- A passion for injury prevention, facilitation of return to independence at work and at home, and the desire to make a difference 
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering what we say we will and when we will 
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
