About the Job
As a Customer Experience Expert you will provide exceptional customer service face to face and over the telephone.
You will greet customers with a positive, helpful attitude, ensure they have the best experience in our branch and provide support to the manager and the running of daily operations.
You will also effectively communicate with customers about delivery lead times, explore their needs and educate them on our full scope of services and source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries.
About You
We are looking for a passionate customer service expert who has previous retail and/or customer service experience.
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to resolve issues and create solutions for customers and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
