About the Role

You will work closely with our Business Development Managers to develop tailored sales strategies and research opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging software demonstrations and webinars showcasing the value of our ERM platform
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals and RFPs
* Conducting research into emerging risk domains and contributing to demo site content and product strategy
* Maintaining CRM data and ensuring adherence to sales policies and procedures
* Representing us as a subject matter expert at industry events and conferences
You Will Thrive in This Role If:
* You have 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar roles within SaaS
* You possess a strong understanding of risk and compliance management, with experience in GRC systems
* You have excellent communication skills – able to translate technical features into business value
* You are highly organized, analytical, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
* You are tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and remote collaboration platforms
