The Role
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
- Assisting customers with prescriptions and product enquiries.
- Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling.
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Supporting promotions and in-store sales.
This is a casual position, with shifts available Monday to Friday (no late nights or Sundays).
About You
- Customer-focused with a friendly, engaging personality.
- Experienced in pharmacy or retail (preferred, not essential).
- Strong in communication and teamwork.
- Professional in presentation with a customer-first attitude.
- Available for weekday shifts.
Bonus If You Have
- A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I–IV).
- Experience with MINFOS or FRED systems.
