About the Role
We seek a dedicated professional to manage and optimize Site Metal Flow Drumbeat. This critical role ensures seamless operations, maintains high standards, and contributes to strategies that shape the future of our site's performance. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide business context to enable employees to draw linkage between their role accountabilities and the delivery of the Site Metal Flow Drumbeat safely to plan.
* Effective management of the Site Metal Flow protocol.
* Continuous monitoring of Crucible location and status of Work Cycle.
* Authority to call a stop to Tapping, keeping Reduction and Ingot Mill Supervisors informed.
* Continuous monitoring of Crucible condition, liaise with Cruce Cleaning team for Augering and repairs as necessary.
* Measure & report on agreed KPIs/Site Metal Flow Drumbeat metrics.
* Capture all issues and concerns impacting Site Metal Flow Drumbeat, document for review at each daily meeting.
* Provide input into Site Metal Flow logistics strategies, budgets, and plans, improve workflow processes.
