* Develop new business relationships and establish strong connections within the Professional (white-collar) sector.
* Provide clients with expert temporary, contract, and permanent staffing and recruitment solutions.
* Negotiate terms of business and contracts with clients.
* Manage your own desk with a 360-degree focus including end-to-end recruitment, attraction, sourcing strategies, interviewing, on-boarding, and candidate management.
