This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Melbourne, overseeing high-performing regional teams across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. Your focus will be on developing regional strategies, leading teams, and building stakeholder relationships to drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management: Develop regional goals, monitor tenders and contracts, identify risks and opportunities, review performance quarterly, and manage field teams based on KPIs.Team Management: Manage and coach Product Specialists and Key Account Managers, develop team competencies, lead change initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally.Customer Focus: Understand regional customer landscapes, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance our healthcare nutrition offerings.Collaboration & Networking: Build partnerships with stakeholders, understand healthcare professional behaviors, and align field strategies accordingly.Product Knowledge: Maintain high product expertise to effectively communicate with stakeholders and coach team members.Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.About YouYou are an experienced Sales Manager with a background in healthcare nutrition, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
