What will you be doing in this role:
Working across multiple offices to over see a growing team with the day to day running of the department and strategic growth of the portfolio. This role offers challenge and autonomy with an incredible amount of support and resources.
* Performance management and recruitment
* Manage business budgets and growth targets
* Complaints handling
* Assist with complex NCAT and insurance claims
* Compliance management
* Streamline processes and systems
* Onboard and offboard staff
* Ensure strong workflow between sales and property management
* Drive strategies to increase head count, portfolio growth and profit
* Run weekly team meetings and training
* Set and measure KPI's
* Manage portfolio health
* Legislation management and training
* Monitor CPD and licensing compliance
* Prepare management reports and report to the Director monthly
The right candidate will have:
* A class 1 real estate license or willing to obtain
* Experience leading a residential property management team
* A valid drivers license and reliable car
* Sharp knowledge of the residential tenancies act
* Leaderships and mentoring skills
* Proven track record of driving growth strategies
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Flexibility to work across multiple office locations
* Collaborate team player
