Process
Implementation of work processes in collaboration with other departments of the factory and central YEL functions
Development of technical skills by sharing know-how with the GME, COSEE, etc. teams.
Implementation and participation in the improvement of Yazaki procedures
Ensure the acquisition of standard equipment approved by the YEL purchasing center at the factory level
Participation in projects for the choice of technical solutions as well as the choice of equipment suppliers
Data
Industrialization of production data (Routing, Kanban,..) Development of means of processing production flows and data, namely SAP, XPPS; CAD,..
Maintenance
Ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of the means of the factory and of production
Develop equipment maintenance procedures in line with Yazaki standards
Ensure the management and availability of maintenance spare parts
investments
Development, monitoring and compliance with investment budgets
Participation in investment preparation and approval meetings
Transfer of equipment:
Ensure the proper management of the transfer of surplus equipment while respecting Yazaki guidelines
Audit 5S, Invotary and improvement process:
Implementation of 5S audits and participation in NYS team projects
Collaboration and analysis in the inventory area
Develop a positive approach of participation with all departments to ensure the continuous improvement of work processes, manufacturing costs and product quality
Quality:
Ensure compliance with work instructions and procedures by all department staff
Participate in meetings to analyze internal and external complaints and ensure the implementation of the actions taken
leadership:
Develop and monitor job descriptions and objective agreements for team members
Training, supervision and motivation of department staff and periodic evaluation according to their objectives
