Business Transformation Specialist
The role of Business Transformation Specialist plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of projects by guaranteeing clarity, traceability and alignment of business requirements.
This position supports project teams and stakeholders in defining measurable benefits and ensuring that solutions meet stakeholder needs. The Business Transformation Specialist acts as a bridge between business units and delivery teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements and supporting benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage proactively with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation including requirements traceability matrixes, process maps, use cases, user stories and detailed specifications.
* Partner with project managers and business teams to scan for, select and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews and collaborative sessions to validate requirements and explore solutions options.
* Partner with project managers and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with project goals and broader organisational strategy.
* Conduct current state assessments and contribute to the design of future state processes, systems and capabilities.
* Support the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, feasibility assessments and recommendations.
* Contribute to testing activities, including test planning, execution support and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Maintain and enhance business analysis PMO documentation, templates and governance frameworks to support consistent project execution.
