About the Role
As the Multi-Site Business Manager, you will lead a portfolio of five GP clinics, including your own home clinic, bringing operational excellence, positivity and strong commercial leadership to the network. Working closely with Practice Managers and Lead Veterinarians, you will ensure clinics operate efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care and team wellbeing.
Reporting to the General Manager Operations VIC/TAS and based on the Mornington Peninsula, you will play a key role in ensuring clinics perform at their best while remaining aligned with broader business goals.
In this role you will:
* Lead and support a portfolio of five GP clinics, including oversight of your designated home clinic
* Partner with Practice Managers and Lead Vets to maintain high clinical and operational standards
* Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management
* Support clinic leaders to achieve KPIs, improve workflows and optimise efficiency
* Guide recruitment, workforce planning and labour optimisation
* Champion a consistent and exceptional client experience across all sites
* Coach leaders, strengthen culture and build engaged, high-performing teams
* Lead operational improvements, projects and technology rollouts
* Ensure WHS compliance and strong risk management practices
About You
You are a confident, people-focused leader who builds trust quickly and enjoys supporting teams to succeed. You bring strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and operational discipline, while maintaining a positive and collaborative leadership style.
You'll thrive in a role that requires balancing priorities, supporting leaders and driving performance across multiple clinics.
You will bring:
* 3–5 years' experience in a multi-site or regional leadership role
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational and financial KPIs
* Strong commercial and financial management capability
* Experience in workforce planning, recruitment and people leadership
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Qualifications in business, leadership or HR
* Experience in veterinary, healthcare, retail or franchised environments
