Solution Consultants are the key resource entrusted with understanding our customer's core business drivers and requirements, and then envisioning and delivering UKG Dimensions solutions that meet those needs. Solution Consultants will promote best-of-breed solutions work practices, as well as define and communicate technical solutions for customers utilising our workforce management solutions.
To assist with personal and professional development within UKG, solution consultants will be provided with the applicable product training and mentoring along with structured career goals that fit UKG's and your aspirations.
In summary the main responsibilities consist of:
Annalise data and customer requirements
Consult and implement UKG enterprise workforce management solutions
Providing guidance to the customer on best practice processes to manage their workforce, including but not limited to award interpretation, labour productivity and rostering requirements
Facilitating workshops and analysis to identify and document WFM requirements and demonstrate the solution capabilities to best optimize their workforce management investment
Configuration of the Kronos solutions that meet the customer requirements
Planning and executing appropriate Testing activities to validate the proposed solution
Assisting in the transition, user adoption, planning, and deployment of UKG solutions
Supporting and assisting other consultants around you and working as part of a cohesive and efficient team
**Qualifications**:
University degree - ideally in a business-related field.
High adaptability to various situations with an ability to be creative and think on your feet.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills and strong attention to detail
Excited by the prospect of working with a diverse range of clients
Well developed people, communication (written and verbal) skills
