About The Role
The P&C Program Manager is responsible for leading and delivering strategic People & Culture programs that strengthen organisational capability, employee experience and operational effectiveness across the organisation.
Working closely with the Global Head of People & Culture and senior stakeholders, this role translates strategy into structured, well-governed programs that deliver measurable outcomes. The position focuses on establishing strong governance frameworks, coordinating cross-functional delivery, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring priority P&C initiatives are executed with clarity, discipline and accountability.
This role acts as the critical link between strategy and execution, driving major P&C transformation initiatives, workforce frameworks and global people programs through to successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic P&C programs and transformation initiatives
* Translate organisational strategy into structured program roadmaps and delivery plans
* Establish and embed strong program governance frameworks
* Develop milestones, reporting dashboards and success metrics
* Manage risks, dependencies and cross-functional coordination
* Partner with senior leaders to align priorities across P&C, Operations, Finance and Technology
* Drive stakeholder engagement, communication and decision-making forums
* Track benefits realisation and provide structured reporting to leadership
* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across P&C initiatives
* Act as delegate for the Global Head of People & Culture on priority programs when required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced program leader with a strong background in People & Culture or organisational transformation who thrives on turning strategy into structured delivery.
* Significant experience delivering P&C or organisational transformation programs
* Demonstrated ability to identify organisational challenges and implement practical, measurable solutions
* Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-stream initiatives across functions
* Strong program governance capability, including planning, milestone management, reporting and risk management
* Experience translating strategic priorities into structured implementation roadmaps
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, particularly with senior leaders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience tracking program outcomes and benefits realisation
Highly regarded
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
* Experience supporting enterprise or global transformation initiatives across multiple regions
