We're looking for a Head of Technology to lead enterprise digital transformation at Intereach — modernising platforms, strengthening cyber resilience and data maturity, and enabling smarter, insight-led decision-making across the organisation.
You'll shape future technology blueprints, elevate digital capability, and ensure our systems enable scalable growth, service quality and smarter decision-making.
As our Head of Technology you will:
* Act as strategic advisor to the CEOs and Executive Team on technological trends and risks
* Translate technical concepts into business language for decision-making ensuring strategic alignment and sustainable value.
* Establish, foster and maintain a strong culture of digital adoption and technological capability across the organisation.

This is a full-time role that can be based from any Intereach office.
The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 8, with an annual starting salary of $129,210 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Relevant qualification/s – in Information Technology / Engineering Technology / Computer Science or related qualifications and/or extensive experience in both technical and business operations, with over 7 years spent in technology management positions
* Analytical ability – the ability to analyse complex situations and solve challenging problems while achieving desired objectives.
* People skills – interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
* Culture creator - the ability to create and drive a strong performance culture.
* Self-awareness and confidence in personal capabilities.
* Decision maker – strong decision-maker with business technology expertise.
* Technical expertise – in infrastructure, SaaS service (especially CRM), and digital data management
* Leadership capability – experience in effectively managing and leading a multidisciplinary team
* Business acumen – solid financial and commercial skills.
