Leadership Role in Aged Care
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in a residential aged care facility.
This is a full-time position that requires proven leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional care to residents.
The role involves managing budgets, staff recruitment and roster allocation, as well as mentoring and supporting the care manager.
* Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
* Coordinating AN-ACC assessments and reporting on quality indicators
* Providing support and guidance to staff members
* Assisting with policy and procedure reviews
* Being available to assist with resident care when needed
The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
