Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Finance Analyst based in Melbourne, VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and assisting in mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. Key tasks include analyzing financial data, forecasting future financial outcomes, and supporting business valuation processes. Collaboration with senior analysts and management to provide strategic insights and recommendations will be a vital part of this role.
Qualifications
* Experience with Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Data Analysis
* Proficiency in Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
* Knowledge of Corporate Finance principles and experience with Mergers & Acquisitions processes
* Strong skills in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software tools
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or CPA designation is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple deadlines
* Demonstrated understanding of investment and wealth management processes is an advantage
