**The Role**:
The successful applicant will be a member of small efficient manufacturing & batching team, working Tuesday to Thursday each week on a 12-hour shifts roster, with additional hours available from time to time.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to, ensuring **Safety is our Top Priority**
- Ensure our plant and machinery is operated to correct operating procedures and standards
- Manufacture our products to specified quality standards
- Be responsible for our equipment and work area
- Ensure our plant and work areas are maintained to set standards
- Report production data accurately and timely including waste, work in process, raw material needs, etc
- Ensure the lubrication and greasing schedule is followed for preventative maintenance
**To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following**:
- More than two years of experience operating either a press line or extrusion sheet machine
- Good mechanical understanding of extrusion and granulation machinery
- Holding a current Forklift licence would be advantageous
- Participate in relevant training and development
- Have good communication and organizational skills
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be able to work independently
