The Role
This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role as the second Account Manager in our APAC go-to-market team. You'll join a high-performing team of sales and customer success professionals who are passionate about delivering successful construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Own post-enterprise growth strategy and execution for key T1/2 Australian accounts
* Drive a value-first approach: project success → company success → growth
* Build and nurture relationships with senior champions across customer organisations
* Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
* Generate expansion opportunities within enterprise customers
* Partner with and guide customer success managers to ensure great onboarding and activation
* Help customers establish consistent operating processes across projects
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations to project leaders
* Adapt and iterate our proven playbooks
* Achieve quarterly and annual expansion targets
Requirements
* Construction Expertise: Extensive on-site experience in construction, such as PE, SPE, or CM roles, and readiness to leverage that knowledge in a new capacity
* Tech Curious: Excited about technology's potential to solve construction pain points and eager to make a career change
* Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders
