Family Doctor is looking for a proactive and reliable Practice Support Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our clinics run smoothly and that staff have the resources and support they need every day.

Key Responsibilities
Supplier & Quotes Management:
Source quotations for services (electricians, plumbers, movers, gardeners, repair & maintenance, etc.) and products required across all clinics.
Purchasing & Ordering:
Order office and IT supplies (toners, printers, monitors, laptops, headsets, cables, etc.).
Manage and approve orders from Officeworks and VistaPrint (business cards & stamps).
Arrange groceries for staff (Coles orders).
Support for Clinics & Support Office:
Provide clinics and support office staff with required goods and services.
Arrange IT equipment and medical equipment deliveries via AusPost/TNT.
Oversee stock management of IT and office items stored on-site.
Manage eBay account, including listing and selling equipment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process from posting to post-sale support.
Administration:
Upload invoices to TRAILD accounting system.
Take meeting minutes for meetings.
Complete forms as required (e.g., Medicare).
Customer Support:
Answer and manage calls related to the Family Doctor App when issues arise.
Premises Maintenance:
Source and arrange quotes for repairs and upkeep of office premises.
Premises & Property Support:
Assist the Property Manager with maintenance, repairs, and property-related tasks; coordinate contractors and follow up on completion of works; monitor and report on property-related issues across clinics and offices.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist with creating and posting content for social media and clinic website updates; coordinate with external marketing providers where relevant; support online reputation management (reviews, business listings, website updates).

Basic IT and office equipment knowledge.
