* Greeting and registering of owners and guests.
* Providing information on local area attractions.
You’ll work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service throughout the check-in process. Your excellent communication skills along with strong interpersonal relationships built rapportwith customers will result in an unforgettable experience delivered every time.
In this role,youwill need tomaintain open lines of communicationusing advanced computer literacyto manage systems like PMS (Hotel Management Systems).
Skills Required
* Friendly manner when interacting with guests
* Able to communicate effectively using both verbal and written skills
* Familiarity with hotel management software systems such as PMS(Hotel Operations System)
