Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based services to individuals through various service delivery models.
The role involves assessing and providing interventions for clients with disabilities, working within the NDIS to maximize their level of function, and assisting with assistive technology assessment and recommendations. You will also be required to timely document and report client progress, manage a varied caseload, and meet company professional expectations.
* Providing high-quality therapy services to clients across various settings, including community visits and centre-based services.
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as psychology or occupational therapy.
* Current registration with a professional organization, such as AHPRA or SPA.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
