* Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives with a continuous learning and development mindset.
* Engage with diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes across project phases and testing lifecycle.
* Identify and resolve challenges by gathering information and applying analytical thinking.
* Act as an escalation point for major testing risks or issues, providing guidance to team members.
* Transform IT test strategies into documented test requirements and phases.
* Embed agile ways of working within the team, supporting junior team members to deliver objectives.
