We're looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Sydney Studio and play a key role across a diverse mix of large-scale commercial, workplace and cross-sector projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to a creative, confident all-rounder who is equally comfortable designing, documenting and delivering. You'll contribute to concept development, lead small teams, mentor junior designers, and help shape project narratives alongside our studio leaders.
What you'll do:
* Work across all project phases - from early concept to final delivery
* Lead a small team through design development and documentation
* Prepare presentations and visualisations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign & Photoshop
* Coordinate consultants and manage technical detailing and documentation
* Present ideas clearly - visually, verbally and in writing
* Help develop and maintain strong client relationships
What you'll bring:
* 6+ years' post-graduation experience - commercial or workplace experience preferred
* Design excellence in all you do (from inception to completion)
* Well-developed Revit and documentation skills
* Advanced knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local materials/suppliers, particularly with regards to Interior Architecture
* Creative problem-solving and a methodical, proactive approach
* Experience mentoring others and leading design packages
* Construction and project delivery experience will be advantageous
* A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
