Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What You'll Be Doing
This position supports the Emergency Departments at Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals by providing high level administration, communication and professional frontline support. Your responsibilities will also include:
Delivering efficient administrative and clerical servicesProviding frontline support to patients and visitorsMaintaining clear and effective communicationAssisting with smooth daily operations

Selection Criteria
Extensive experience in an administrative role, with demonstrated experience in exceptional customer service skills the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.Demonstrated superior verbal, written, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills and effective communication with all levels of a large organisation.Demonstrated organisational skills with proven ability in accuracy, initiative and flexibility.Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the use of IT applications including Microsoft Office and data information skills.Ability to work autonomously and actively participate within a multidisciplinary team.Ability to multitask and handle unexpected matters when they arise in a professional & courteous mannerAbility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
