We're launching an exciting new Thyme Lifestyle Resort in Greenbank, and we're looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Consultant to join us at inception and take ownership of the project from a sales perspective. Situated within the award‐winning masterplanned Everleigh Estate, the community is already taking shape with new retail and specialist centres also underway.

About the Role
As the dedicated Sales Consultant on this new project, you'll play a key role in its success and will be responsible for promoting and selling our high‐quality residential properties to prospective buyers. You'll be empowered to drive sales results while building meaningful relationships and playing a key role in creating a thriving, connected community from the ground up. Working Tuesday–Saturday, you'll collaborate closely with internal marketing, development and operations teams, acting as the face of the project for prospective homeowners.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end‐to‐end sales activity for a brand‐new resort community
* Build and convert a strong pipeline through referrals, local networking, and enquiry management
* Deliver compelling presentations and tours that bring the lifestyle offering to life
* Guide buyers confidently through the entire sales journey, from first enquiry to settlement
* Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity
* Manage leads and activity through CRM, with strong attention to detail
* Partner with marketing to shape campaign messaging and launch strategy
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in residential property or lifestyle/community sales (2+ years)
* A self‐starter who thrives in greenfield / project‐based environments
* A strong closer with the ability to build trust and influence decisions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Highly organised with strong CRM discipline
* QLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
