Payroll Service Delivery Manager
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding issue escalation and coordinating with the team to resolve issues efficiently. Managing client expectations and aligning them with the Payroll Services Team is a key responsibility.
Consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, partners, and managers is necessary. Regular service review meetings will be held with all PA clients, including setting agendas, recording minutes, distributing notes, and following up on actions.
The manager will gather, report, and manage client satisfaction data, demonstrating ownership in resolving issues through investigation, knowledge sharing, and clear communication.
