We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our village.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be required to:

* Provide administrative support to our General Manager and other employees
">
* Prepare payroll and manage invoices, petty cash and banking
">
* Respond to incoming queries and assist with resident admissions
">
* Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes
">
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
">
* Analyze data and develop reports to inform business decisions
">
">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
">
* A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
">
* Experience working in administration and/or payroll
">
* Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
">
* Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
">
* Cert IV in Frontline Management or equivalent experience in Payroll management (desirable)
">
