Based in Alexandria, their close-knit team is now looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Sales Consultant to join them.
Your New Role
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll be the first point of contact for retail and commercial customers. You’ll manage end-to-end order processing, resolve enquiries, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from sale to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handle inbound customer service calls and emails
* Process customer orders into the system
* Provide updates on stock availability, delivery ETA and order tracking
* Raise and manage customer claims, credits, and returns
* Liaise with logistics, sales and supply chain teams to resolve issues

About You
* Previous customer service, customer care, order processing, sales, call centre, contact centre or order entry experience
* Good communication skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
* A team player who thrives on delivering excellent service
