Due to continued growth in our Core Commercial division we’re looking for an experienced commercial valuer ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of our Geelong business.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated CPV with strong technical expertise, client engagement skills, and a passion for mentoring others. You’ll play a key role in driving high performance, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the State Director in executing the team’s strategic vision.
Your new opportunity:
Based in Geelong, you will take a lead role in service delivery, and business development across the commercial division. You will be instrumental in maintaining a strong internal service culture and supporting the continued growth of the business in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and promoting a client-focused team culture
* Supporting and driving change initiatives that align with the team’s strategic direction
* Developing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
* Providing mentoring and technical support to junior valuers, contributing to their growth and capability
* Actively participating in business development and client engagement to grow market share
What sets you apart from the rest:
You’re a commercially minded property professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. With deep experience in commercial valuation and a strong local network, you bring both technical strength and a desire to lead.
You’ll also have:
* CPV status (AAPI and/or RICS)
* A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified valuer
* A client-first mindset and excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical and report writing abilities
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to valuation challenges
