Customer Experience Specialist

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that makes sure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
You'll play a key part in collecting feedback and insights that help us make our products and service even better. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to product reviews on popular platforms for Australia and the USA
* Managing and responding to online reviews from Google and Facebook
* Chatting with customers by replying to messages and comments on social media
* Collecting and tracking feedback/reviews to spot trends and opportunities
* Sharing insights and product suggestions with internal teams
* Helping build and maintain a rich customer profile, capturing behaviours and preferences
* Supporting the wider team when needed – whether that's organizing a team event or lending a hand to another department
About You:
You've worked in customer experience, customer support, or community management (or a similar role)
You're a strong communicator with a friendly, professional tone
You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
You're comfortable using various tools like Shopify and Meta Business Suite
You've got an analytical mindset and enjoy turning feedback into actionable ideas
Most importantly, you're a team player who brings positivity and solutions to the table
