We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for representing our company in the sale of equipment to customers within a specified geographic area.
About the Role:
* Represent the company for the sale of equipment to customers within a specified geographic area.
* Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
* Implement and maintain regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility.
* Monitor trends in customer business and competitors' activity/products.
* Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
* Achieve sales objectives set by the company as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.
* Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events.
* Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
* Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
* Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
* Timely communication of trends, activity, sales reports etc. to Management.
* Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
