**Role Description**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administration Team Leader coordinates administrative services in the LMPHU. The position coordinates requests for information, establishing and maintaining appropriate work patterns and procedures to enable the LMPHU to operate effectively.
The position ensures planning, performance, and resource management activities and reporting are undertaken in a timely and coordinated manner consistent with Bendigo Health policies and procedures, and in accordance with the funding and policy requirements of the Department of Health.
Directly responsible for the supervision of administration and workforce training staff, the Administration Team Leader mentors and inspires staff across the Unit to implement best practice planning, business and administration processes. Building and maintaining productive collaborative relationships within LMPHU, across Bendigo Health and with external agencies including the Department of Health.
