Key Responsibilities
Management and co-coordination of company infrastructure:
* Lead team of System and Network engineers.
* Software – Management and maintenance of company approved software. Included but not limited to: Atlassian Suite, M365 E5 suite, Automox, Splunk/Syslog, AWS, Azure, Threatlocker, Carbon Black.
* Hardware – Network Assets (Ubiquiti)
* Operating Systems – Management and maintenance of virtualized Windows and Linux systems
* Network – AWS, ZTNA (Zscaler Private Access)
* Disaster Recovery – Backups of cloud environments
* Mobile Devices – Intune management of personal mobile devices
* Managing classified (Secured and Regulated) and unclassified (Back-office) Infrastructure for WiproShelde Business across Australia.
General day-to-day responsibilities will also include:
* Maintain and optimize local company networks and cloud infrastructure
* Be responsible for device and password management
* Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, ZTNA)
* Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
* Assess system performance and recommend improvements
* Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers
* Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
* Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk
* Preparing Audit, Budget, IT System/Team performance reports and presentations for Exec. Level meetings.
