We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in a leadership role.

About the Role
* This is a full-time position, working 80 hours per fortnight + monthly ADO.
* Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 (NM10)
* Located at The Alfred
The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in meeting broader organisational imperatives as well as supporting future development of the HITH service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the NM to manage clinical risk, implement systems and processes to improve patient outcomes and develop staff to deliver excellence in clinical practice.
* Support effective patient access to HITH whilst ensuring responsible financial and human resource management.
Qualifications and Experience Required
* Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
* Degree in healthcare / business management or working towards same.
* Recent extensive clinical nursing experience in acute health service.
