The Business Development Specialist is a growth-focused role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. You will work alongside Territory Managers and Account Managers to expand market share, penetrate targeted segments, and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned to zone growth priorities
* Build and manage a robust new‐business pipeline through proactive prospecting
* Deliver agreed new‐business revenue, margin, and activity targets
* Generate leads, focus on long‐term relations and retention
* Gather and provide market, competitor, and customer insights to support zone growth strategies

* Proven experience in B2B business development or hunting‐focused sales roles
* Strong prospecting, negotiation, and objection‐handling capability
* Resilient, self‐motivated, and comfortable operating in a target‐driven environment
* Strong planning, time management, and CRM discipline
