About the Role We're looking for a Return to Work Partner in at the Leichhardt Admin Centre, NSW 2040 to support workplace health, safety, and rehabilitation programs, help staff and management with WHS responsibilities, and manage injury management initiatives. Pay: $53.63 - $59.35 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Essential Criteria Tertiary qualifications or proven experience in WHS / Return to Work Ability to understand, apply, and communicate WHS processes Return to Work Coordination Work Cover course (or equivalent) Current Driver's Licence High-level communication and negotiation skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability Desirable: Experience with WHS systems or continuous improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities Support and advise staff and management on WHS and RTW programs Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Maintain RTW records and prepare reports Develop, implement, and improve WHS policies and procedures Build relationships with internal teams and external agencies Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Perks $53.63 - $59.35 per hour Monday -Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Permanent Role Work in a supportive Local Council environment
